Description
We are seeking to appoint a competent administrator to provide confidential administrative support to a small team of occupational health professionals within the Occupational Health Department of one of COPE's newest customers in Crawley.

The role is part-time;  2.5 days per week and will commence in September 2008

Main job duties involve typing reports and correspondence, diary management, dealing with patients in person and via the telephone, maintenance and archiving of confidential patient records, data entry and basic statistics compilation as well as other general office administration tasks.

Applicants will also need to have highly developed organisational skills, produce work of a consistently high quality and be capable of managing multiple priorities.
Education Level Good basic education required
Desired Experience
2 years (plus) experience in an office environment
Desired Skills
The successful applicant will need to be competent in using Outlook Express, word-processing and database packages.
